The following is a list of our basic healthcare services along with the fee we charge for each listed service.

To schedule an appointment, simply call 919-329-7387(PETS) or complete our online request form located at http://drsaralash.com/html/contact.html, and the client and pet registration forms are on the same page on the left side. Please fill those out, too, and we will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for your pet’s appointment.

Payment for services is to be made at the time of the appointment. We accept Cash and Checks; Local bank checks will be accepted if the check number is higher than 500. There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks.

Our policy is to charge for the cost of the cancelled appointment for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Trip charge is based on distance from the intersection of Hwy 42 and Interstate 40.
- Within a 10 mile radius Trip Charge is $45
- From 10-20 mile radius Trip Charge is $49

If you are farther than 20 miles from the intersection of 40/42 there will be additional mileage charges or I will try to recommend another house call veterinarian that may serve your location

Exam prices are comparable with most veterinary clinics.

Referral reports, phone or email consultations or conversations involving time not included in the regular exam will be pro-rated and charged according to the professional time involved
Vaccinations range from $21 for puppy and kitten series to $26 including vaccines that are done only every 3 years.

Vaccines are not recommended every year for all pets; we tailor your pets vaccine needs based on the risk factors, age and lifestyle. Some pets may need vaccines yearly; some pets may only need vaccines every 3 years.

Heartworm prevention for both dogs and cats are available as is flea and tick control for all sizes and both cats and dogs

In certain situations medications may be personally delivered or drop shipped from the distributor to your home. The charge for us to make a home delivery is $10 within a 10 mile radius and payment is expected either at the time of delivery if client is home or to have the invoice paid by check within 1 week. Prescription items drop shipped will have an invoice Emailed and payment is expected within 1 week of delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
 

Discount surgeries are referred. The Mobile Hospitals include:

- The SPCA has a low cost spay/neuter clinic open to anyone in the area and to get on their waiting list call 919-772-0211
